Christian Aid Week – May 13-19
This annual fund raising week in support of Christian Aid takes place next month. If you feel you might be able to help please speak to Veronica as soon as possible.

Pentecost / Whit Sunday 20th May – Thy Kingdom Come – as our contribution to this 2nd international week of prayer we will be holding Evening Prayer at 18.00 hrs, followed by a time of Silent Meditation and at 19.00 hrs Benediction. Everyone is encouraged to be a part of this now global event.
Monday 21st May – Deanery Synod -St. Andrew’s, Hornchurch. 19.00 hrs for 19.30 hrs start.
Tuesday 22nd May – The Rosary (Glorious Mysteries) will be prayed in the Lady Chapel at 19.30 hrs. Everyone is welcome to come and Pray at this service and a rosary can be borrowed on the night if you do not have one of your own.
Friday 25th May – Grounds Working Party – 13.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs. If the weather is wet we will be working in the Church and Hall

Bank Holiday Monday – May 28th – Principal Celebrant, The Rt. Rev’d. Norman Banks; Bishop of Richborough. Preacher – The Revd Preb Graeme Rowlands, Guardian of the Shrine & Parish Priest of S. Silas, Kentish Town, London. If you would like to attend this event, please speak to Fr. Martin ASAP so he can see if we need to hire a minibus.
